Solution Architect US

With a global team working from our offices or from home across Europe, US, UK and Japan, we serve thousands of global customers, including leading brands such as Uber, Bosch, Lufthansa, Supercell, Vistaprint and Zendesk.

As a Solution Architect US you will be acting as a consultant to our customers making sure that they get the best out of our platforms.
 

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Being a subject matter expert in translation and localization process optimization and best practices
• Understanding and aligning customer technology stack to optimize localization process
• Providing technical support for sales team via on-site and remote client meetings
• Preparing queries, writing proposals, and completing RFP documentation during the solution development phase of new opportunities
• Supporting customers during the onboarding process with custom trainings based on their localization requirements
• Supporting Customer Success Managers for complex customer queries
• Working closely with the product team to make sure that customer requirements are mapped and understood
• Tracking existing technology solutions and following the latest trends and developments in the localization industry
• Attending trade shows, speaking at conferences, and maintaining a visible presence through social platforms

What you need:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  
• Clear and efficient oral and written communication in English is a must
• Preferably be based in the US or able to work Eastern Time Zone hours
• Have worked in an SA or Presales role with a B2B SaaS provider
• Experience in SAAS onboarding is preferable
• Experience in integration projects involving API and connectors
• Hands-on machine translation experience is a plus
• Software development experience specifically scripting experience in Python is preferred, C#, JavaScript, Google App Script, Ruby, PowerShell a bonus.
• Technical proficiency in content-related solutions and systems
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to drive multiple projects toward completion in parallel
