With a global team working from our offices or from home across Europe, the US, the UK, and Japan, we serve thousands of global customers, including leading brands such as Uber, Bosch, Lufthansa, Supercell, Vistaprint, and Zendesk.
Joining us as Account Executive, you will be a member of our growing UK and European Sales Team, supporting us in meeting our ambitious growth objectives and at the same time enhancing your career and earnings potential in the world of SaaS!
The role will work with the regional sales team, solutions, product, and other members of the operational and business development teams. The purpose of this role is to generate and manage a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects the current and anticipated business strategy and regional business plans.
This will be achieved through working with the marketing and business development team to interpret their data and follow through with client engagement and subsequent action plans to create opportunities. The AE will expand on their existing network of contacts to sustainably grow the business in line with sector/geographical targets. The primary focus is on the small to medium size business sector in EMEA.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Prospecting new business and sourcing pipeline through direct outreach and managing your own email cadence
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, Source Net New Logos, Identifying Key Decision Makers & Building out Salesforce Database
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Develop growth strategies and plans
- Develop business by providing translation solutions to the SMB sector
- Build relationships with key decision makers throughout the sales process
- Have in-depth knowledge of the business’s products and value proposition
- Respond to RFIs and tenders
- Prepare quotes and contracts
- Address customer questions and concerns
- Responsible for the full sales pipeline of customer acquisition
- Collaborate with the product, solutions, sales, and marketing teams
What you need:
- Have already had 1 year or more experience within a similar closing role coming from a SaaS or Cloud Technology scale-up business
- Be based in Europe
- Have a demonstrated track record of being a top performer in your current organization.
- Experience of selling a SaaS solution in the EMEA region
