Product Manager

At Memsource we help our customers go global. We provide a leading translation management system (Memsource) and software localization platform (Phrase), supporting 500+ languages, 50+ file types and covering the full range of enterprise localization use cases. With a global team working from our offices or from home across Europe, US, UK and Japan, we serve thousands of global customers, including leading brands such as Uber, Bosch, Lufthansa, Supercell, Vistaprint and Zendesk.

As Product Manager, you will be a part of an autonomous product team that consists of backend and frontend developers, QA tester, and UI/UX designers. You will be working closely with the team to implement new features and improve existing functionality.

Currently, we have Product Manager positions open in the following areas:

• String Management Repository
• Machine Translation
• Pricing
• Analytics
• Continuous Localization and File Filters

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Working closely with Director of Product, and other product managers, to understand the product roadmap, current priorities, and high-level requirements
• Translating those requirements to user stories with acceptance criteria
• Managing the product backlog, development sprints, and other scrum ceremonies
• Coordinating resolution of customer escalations and critical production bugs
• Working with the documentation team to keep the Help Center up-to-date
• Writing release notes for our bi-weekly releases
• Perform product demos for other employees

What you need:

• At least 3 years of previous experience as an Agile Product Owner or a Product Manager
  
• Ability to switch context, multitask, and work on parallel projects
• Willingness to learn new skills every day
• Strong coordination skills, ability to drive consensus
• Very good English skills, Czech is a plus
• Technical skills, knowledge of SQL and REST API is a plus
• Previous experience in integrations is a plus
• University degree
